Illustrative workspace · fictional content, not live activity
Brand context. Persistent tasks. Content versions.
A workspace that remembers where you are.
01 / THE WORKFLOW
From the first idea to the next experiment, keep the full journey together. No hunting through chat histories to find the latest decision.
Choose a brand, its audience, voice, and goal. Keep its instructions and assets in their own space.
CONTEXT BEFORE CONTENTWrite a brief, bring your media, or assign AI a focused task. Shape scripts and captions for each platform.
AN IDEA WITH AN OUTPUTReview the exact version and choose its destinations. Material edits create a new version to approve.
YOUR FINAL WORDSchedule in your timezone. Use available official integrations or a clear manual publishing handoff.
A REAL NEXT ACTIONRecord available results, preserve platform definitions, and compare linked posts in a focused experiment.
OBSERVATIONS, THEN IDEAS02 / WHAT’S INSIDE
Manage multiple brands without blending their context. See what’s planned, what AI is doing, what needs your attention, and what comes next.
Goals, audience, tone, social accounts, assets, and content stay connected to the brand they belong to. Filter the overview when you want to focus.
Use your uploaded photos, video, and audio. Enhance originals with supported edits. Or create images, short video, and narration through a connected AI provider.
Content versions, account-specific approvals, calendar entries, and publication confirmations keep the workflow visible. A manual export is always labeled as a handoff.
Assign a bounded task. See its model, status, output, errors, and cost record. Pause queued work, and resolve uncertain results after checking the provider.
03 / KEEP YOUR BEARINGS
Connect your own provider API account and choose how much work can run. Spending controls belong in the workflow, before a request is dispatched.
Provider invoices are the final billing source. Requests already dispatched may complete and incur charges after you pause.
API usage is separate from consumer chat subscriptions.
04 / PUBLISHING, CLEARLY
Platforms have different permissions and capabilities. BrandRoster keeps those differences visible.
Prepare and schedule the content. Download the caption and media, publish on the platform, then record the live URL and post identifier.
Owner-confirmed publicationFacebook text publishing and YouTube video uploads are available with eligible credentials and permissions. YouTube visibility depends on account eligibility and processing.
Account access and platform approval required05 / EARLY ACCESS
Built for creators, freelance social media managers, and small teams managing content for more than one brand. Bring a real brief, build a draft, and tell us where the workflow helps—or gets in your way.
Create an account directly and get your own workspace. No invitation is needed. Early access has no checkout; optional AI provider usage is billed separately through your connected provider account.

No. Connected providers use their APIs and bill their API accounts separately. You supply the credentials and configure the budgets for those requests.
Yes. Draft-only mode prepares content without publishing. Manual connections support a caption-and-media handoff, followed by your confirmation of the actual live post.
The current workflow supports image resizing, cropping, and color adjustments; supported server media tools add video resizing, supplied captions, and uploaded audio. Originals are preserved and derivatives are saved separately. Video processing requires those tools on the server.
App performance views use recorded platform observations or owner-entered metrics. Unavailable values remain unavailable. The illustration on this page uses fictional content solely to explain the workflow.
